What we collect
Account name and email (and shop phone, bio, and website if you add them). Project photos and descriptions you upload. Quote messages you send through the site. Sign-in is email and password. Basic device and page logs needed to run the site.
How we use it
To operate Craftr: show portfolios, let homeowners save jobs, deliver quote threads, fix bugs, and email you about your account. We do not sell your information as a lead list. Shop profiles and posted projects are public. Quote contents are meant for the homeowner and the shop on that thread.
Who sees it
Hosting and login providers that run craftr.build (including Grok / xAI infrastructure and the database behind the published app). We don’t sell ads against your portfolio. We may share information if required by law or to stop abuse.
How long we keep it
Account and project data stay until you delete them or we close the service. Quote threads on this version may also live in your browser. Ask us to delete an account and we will remove the live profile and projects we control.
Your choices
You can edit your shop or board while signed in. To delete an account, email the operator from the address on the account. Don’t upload photos of people who haven’t agreed to be shown.
Kids
Craftr is for adults hiring or offering construction work. Don’t create an account if you are under 18.
